Pasta making class

Available for 50€ per person.

A fun 2 hours long experience where you will learn everything you need to know about ribbon pasta (tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, spaghetti) in a few steps from Trevi Fountain. The Chef will be explaining you step by step how to:

- Prepare the pastry for the Italian pasta

- Make your own fresh home-made tagliatelle using a pasta machine 

- Mix it with a sauce (tomato, white, meat sauce)

- Prepare a classic Italian dessert: tiramisu

Upon your arrival you will get a glass of prosecco as a welcome from the Chef to start your experience.
